  1. What time doesn't matter much. But to get the ideal amount of sleep, you should sleep for an eight hour period of time.


  2. well usually in the summer teenagers get a lot of sleep because they all sleep in. the times you should be going to bed and getting up should be based on what times you need to for school.

  6. When you sleep doesn't really matter, but I think the minimum is 8-9 hours per night for a teenager... or anyone for that matter.
