Question:

How much sleep should a thirteen year old get?

I'm slightly concerned about my thirteen year old girl. She gets between 7-10 hrs of sleep, usually sleeping hard. She goes back to school soon, and I just wanted to know how much sleep she needs, so I can set her alarm clock to the appropriate time. I'm pretty sure this is normal, but I just wanted to know.

Thanks!~Miki
