  1. There is no real set time, you should get as much sleep as your body tells you.  That means that when you wake up on your own the first time you've had enought sleep.  That doesn't apply to when you feel lazy and go back to sleep.

  2. for your age i recommend at least 8-9 hours a day...because you are still in the development stage, you know? as much as possible get enough sleep to develop height..especially in your age group...it's also important for the brain and your muscles, it relaxes them from a day's hard work..

    i guess that's all..

  3. You should get at least 8 hours sleep every night!

  4. 8hrs is the average amount.

  5. Thirteen year olds should be trying to get at least 8-9 hours a night and 10-12 hours a night would be fantastic!

  6. at age 13, nine or ten hours. so if you get up around 7 for school, you should be going to bed at 10pm at the latest.

  7. recommend is 7hours - 10hours . but since ur near the puberty age so  i suggest u sleep at a certain time and wake up at a certain constantly means sleep and wake up everyday at the same thing . dis is becoz but doing dis ur body will adjust its "clock" and noe whens morning whens night

  8. 8-10 hours they say!

  9. 8-9 hours sleep

    i'm nearly 14

  10. 7hours

  11. 8 hours is healthy. Anything over 9 or under 7 is unhealthy.

  12. I'd say 8.

  13. 8 hours per day."from 22h to 6h properly".

  14. Adolescents need about 8 to 9.5 hours of sleep per night, but many don't get it. And as they progress through puberty, teens actually need more sleep. Because teens often have schedules packed with school and activities, they're typically chronically sleep deprived (or lacking in a healthy amount of sleep).

And sleep deprivation adds up over time, so an hour less per night is like a full night without sleep by the end of the week. Among other things, sleep deprivation can lead to:

    decreased attentiveness

    decreased short-term memory

    inconsistent performance

    delayed response time

These can cause generally bad tempers, problems in school, stimulant use, and driving accidents (more than half of "asleep-at-the-wheel" car accidents are caused by teens).

Adolescents also experience a change in their sleep patterns — their bodies want to stay up late and wake up later, which often leads to them trying to catch up on sleep during the weekend. This sleep schedule irregularity can actually aggravate the problems and make getting to sleep at a reasonable hour during the week even harder.

Ideally, a teenager should try to go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning, allowing for at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep.

  15. 7-8 hours

  16. sleeping period varies for person to person depending on his occupation and his activity..don't worry about how much hours u need to sleep rather focus on ur sleeping cycle...every day try to go to bet at specific time ...make it a habit ...

sleep untill ur heart says HEY ITS MY DAY........if u sleep untill u love to then u will be more relaxed...u can concentrate well in ur studies ..but if u sleep heavily like 14-18 hours a day then u must see a doctor..

if u still ask me about sleeping hours then i would say sleep for 7 hours in night n take a half hour nap in the afternoon that would be perfect...

  17. 8 hours at the least.

10 hours is a great sleep, but usually hard to get.

Just stick to getting 8+ and you should be fine.

  18. 8 hours

  19. At least 8 hours.

  20. at least 6 hours.
