How much sma gold should i be feeding a 3 month girl who weighs 11lb 3oz?

am bf atm but need to start supplementing her feeding with formula as i cant keep up lol

Breast is best!  You can keep up!! People feed twins and four year olds.  The more you take out the more your body will make.  Once you start supplementing you are starting the weaning process and reducing the amount of milk you have.  Feed more often for a few days and get plenty of fluids and nutrition for yourself and your body will respond.  Don't rob you little one of this beautiful experience that every baby should have the right to receive.

as much as she want you could try rusks now use your babys normal milk and put it it a bowl with rusks she will love it. my baby has never drank more than 5oz in her life all babys r different

Hi there I'm also using SMA Gold and my little one is 4 months old. My daughter is not a hungry baby and last month she was having about 3oz so I would offer 4oz to begin with and see where that gets you.

having nursed 6 you may need a supplement in your diet to keep up more bread would help as to formula ask dr my son was lg. and she had me add cereal early if she is a fatty she may need to slow down not have more you do not want her obbese it will not go away later and can lead to health problems the bread is for yeast content not the starch also a vitamin to your diet such as you prenates would help
