Question:

How much soda does the average American consume per day?

Just curios. I drink two (20oz) diet sodas every night at work and I thought that wasn't very much. My not-very-bright coworker disagrees.

FYI I also always drink 1/2 gallon of water per day so I'm not hydrating from soda. I work graveyard and need my caffeine buzz.

  1. I drink about the same as you and while I wouldn't describe myself as "average", I suspect everyone else would.  =)

    I don't think that's alot either.
