to have an effect on my estrogen levals?

I'm a "lightweight" when it comes to alcohol and whatever but I don't know if this would have ANYTHING to do with this haha

but just in case it does...there ya go lol

  2. You should try to keep your soy intake at less than 5% of your daily calories.  You should rarely, or better yet NEVER, eat synthetic soy products, like fake cheeses and fake meat.  

    So if you use soy milk in your cereal and eat tofu once in a while as a compliment to your meal, you'd be fine.
