How much <span title="energy,electricity,whatever">energy,electricity,whatev...</span> does a puter use if left on allways??

Look at it this way, just the power strip (surge protector) you have plugged into the wall (that your &quot;puter&quot; should be plugged into) uses about 25 dollars worth of electricity a year. It all adds up pretty quick.

Estimates are depending on your computer and what you pay for electricity, but it averages out to about 1.40 for 24 hours. That 511 dollars a year.

Johnnie B works for NASA? No wonder the space shuttle keeps blowing up, if you go back and look at his answers he sounds like a 6th grader.
