Can you lose in 10 days?Is it possible to lose 20-30 pounds?If so, how? (even if its 'unhealthy')How much weight have you lost in 10 days? The most? how?If you dont eat for 10 days just drink water, how much weight will you lose?If you do the above plus about 30 minutes of cardio a day for 10 days.. how much will you lose.Any answers that actually answer the question (not lectre) are greatly appreciated.
