Can you lose in 10 days?

Is it possible to lose 20-30 pounds?

If so, how? (even if its 'unhealthy')

How much weight have you lost in 10 days? The most? how?

If you dont eat for 10 days just drink water, how much weight will you lose?

If you do the above plus about 30 minutes of cardio a day for 10 days.. how much will you lose.

Any answers that actually answer the question (not lectre) are greatly appreciated. I know what I'm doing I've been diagnosed, thanks.

  1. i dont think you can lose that much that fast.... and drinking water only wouldnt be a good way to do it... you will just slow your metabolism down and when you start eating real food again, you will gain back all the weight and more..


  2. 20-30 to pounds in 10 days is possible- but not really realistic. You have to go under surgergy. But these have worked for me:

    Cardio works. I did cardio for 30 minutes 3 times a day. You can also try dancing, any kind of dance. It&#039;s fun and burns calories fast.

    It depends on what look you want- muscular or thin? Haha, the Asians never seem to want muscle. So in case, just massage your muscles and stretch after doing everything and don&#039;t eat anything except for a piece of cheese when you&#039;re about to faint.

    You could also take pills.

    These are all unhealthy though- so, it&#039;s your own risk. Personally, I would suggest having a more realistic goal. If you starve yourself, you just gain back the weight as soon as you eat again. And if you keep starving, you&#039;ll be anorexic.

  3. 30 minutes of cardio is not enough. You need to do at least an hour. 7 days a week (if you must rest only do so for a day) and if you can, sit in a sauna.

    Definitely no fast food,  in fact if you want to be realistic in order to lose that much weight that fast you will need to have below 1000 calories a day. Also, since that is kind of a lot to lose in a short time, after you do cardio make sure you do some kind of light weight lifting in certain areas of the body because you don&#039;t want to get flab.

  4. Here is how i lost 7 pounds in one week.

    First in the morning i ate two whole wheat bread with one spoon of butter and black tea with a spoon of honey.For lunch i head whole wheat bread amd tamatoes lettuce carrots sandwich with cheese one slice and a pear.Then i went for a walk for an hour and i walked really fast but i did not run for snack i had an apple.Then for 20 minutes i did cardio yoga by tom morley and a 10 mintutes abs and back workout by amy dixon For dinner i would have either rice or bread only one of them and a recipes from this website http://www.weightloss.com.au/healthy-din...

  5. 20-30?? Oh gosh, I think you would have to only drink water and exercise like 4 hours a day!!

  7. i think you need help. losing this much weight is posible but you will have other problems than weight. keep atleast 5 lbs in 10 days.

    cardio for 30 mins and wights.

  9. its impossible to lose 20-30 lbs in 10 days unless you were extremely obese.

    theres no point to being anorexic, because as soon as you eat, that weight is gonna jump right back up 20-30 lbs plus more.

    but if i had to estimate, starving yourself might lose your 5lbs... maybe?

    and cardio for 30 minutes a day really isnt a lot either.
