If you take credit card, you probably can take 100-200 dollar cash for taxi,etc, or just incidentals.

Don't bring any bills over $20s.  They're not accepted there.

It all depends on what you want to do, but generally, you will spend around $100 a day if you are alone.  I would add $50 per each person that joins your group.  As the one who is visiting, you will probably be the one paying for things.

It depends on where your going' but if you are just going to stay for 2 days I recommend you to take up to 200 due to some cool things you can buy at this beautiful city....
