  1. Depends on the age of children really... I would prbably allow for 75euro per day....  Thats what I generally allow for me & my lad when we go to Menorca.  I generally make lunch in apartment and go out at night time.

  2. we take about £400 english for 2 adults and 2 children self catering

  3. how long ya going for?? totally depends on if you will be doing day trips, activities etc (water parks), eating out or buying food in to eat,i don't know the amount in euros but i would say about £40 a day but obviously no-one knows for sure - have a lovely time x

  4. We went to Alcudia about three years ago, and it wasn't cheap!!!  A meal on average was about 10 euros plus !! Plus extras!!  Only you can decide what to take and how to budget some people push the boat out on holiday whilst some people watch what they spend.  My advice is take what you can afford!! I hope you have a lovely time.  I love the beach there its one of the best ones i've been too!!!

  5. I hope you know it will not be like summer, and that there won't be that much sunbathing going on.

There again, you'll be kept busy doing your self catering, so you'll probably spend am lot of time in the apartment.

Most of your money will go on keeping the kids entertained, as they won't spend all day at the beach.

"I'm bored" will have to be fought off with amusements and attractions, and that could cost a lot, depending on your armour.

20  Euros a day will cover essentials, and the rest is up to you, the sky's the limit.

I think you should either take a credit card, or decide your budget first. Have a daily budget, and don't go over it, if you need more one day, make sure you've spent less the few days before, so that each day you are within the budget up until that point. There's nothing worse than being penniless for the last few days. It could cost 40 Euros per excursion on average, but you'll still have to make the effort to make your own entertainment to fill in the gaps.

You can have fun for free, depending on the type of person you are.

  6. as much as you can afford, icecreams, water food are quite expensive for a day by the pool! day trips are available too so start saving!

  7. you can do it on the cheap i always take ice pops with me or buy pks of ice lollies at the local market you get 4 for a euro i also take pk soups for lunch. look out for where the locals eat its usually the cheapest and best place to go but i think £40 a days about right I'd take credit card just incase for emergencies at least you know you wont starve

i allways divide my money by the amount of days were there some days you spend less so your last few days you may have extra to do something special don't go any trips through the reps they charge sometimes double what local agents will

  8. Id allow €60 euro's a day :)
