How much spending money should I bring for a month in Spain?

I'm 16 years old and I am going for a month with 2 of my friends.

I need to get souvenirs but my housing and most of my food is paid for except for when I want to eat out which won't be very often. How much money do you think would be enough?

I do not know how much money you spend when you go out at home, but it is realistic to say that you will need two or three times as much, (as prices are higher and you will have to pay more yourself.)

So if you would use 200 (Dollar or pound) at home, now take 400 to 600.

But budget it.

Best not to take the money yourself, but get a card to get it out of an ATM, or at best, arrange that you get 1/8 each week, so you will have money all through the trip.

If you don't plan to spend a lot eating out..just take enough for souvenirs,going out on the town,etc. Should you ever decide to have a light bite  or whatever include that for tips as well as cab fare and so on.. I would suggest $250-350 tops
