    as you know let us say the percentage of reinforcement ranges between 1- 2 % , as a range for normal good RCC structures from our experience  it is not  a fixed quantity , you might find some light load columns have 150- 200 kg/ mcube . however the actual quantity depends on actual loads and other design  requirrements factors .


  2. Well, volume only is not enough to help in estimating the required reinforcement for one cubic meter. It depends on loading and dimensions as well. On an average 1 cubic meter of steel is 7.8 ton (7800kg), but this is not the best estimate, as you’re missing the other two factors. As advised by Guest8141, I’d also recommend you to consult a professional engineer with full details and honestly only he can better guide you.
