How much does a stripper make on average per night? & If you know, how many shifts do they get a week?

Also I know they have to pay a house fee which can range between $20 to $100 or so, but other than the house fee.. I once heard they also have to pay they pay the DJ, the Doorman, the security guys, as well as the bartender... Is this true to most clubs? Or does the house fee they pay cover that?

  1. Totally depends on club & what state you are in.

If you work in a topless club you only pay a stage fee & tip the dj/manager/bouncer a couple dollars. Stage fee varies from $5 -$200. At the Las Vegas rhino, for example, there can be 300 girls working on a weekend night, meaning the DJ makes $600 if they only tip $2 each.

Nude clubs in california make the girls pay a lot of money because the club doesn't make money off of alcohol. Girls end up paying about half of what they make.

    At Spearmint Rhinos in california:

Topless dances cost $20 but the girl keeps about $10

Nude dances cost $40 but girls keep about $20

The breakdown of what girls owe the club at end of the night:

$20 stage fee (just for being there)

    $7 per topless dance

    $15 per nude dance

Then girls have to tip $1 per dance to the manager, the DJ, the bouncer, & the waitress. This can add up to a lot

(the bouncer walks around with a clipboard & marks every dance a girl does).

Dancers get to keep all the money they make on stage. When there are people at the tip rail (seats right at stage), girls usually make $15-30 each time they go up. (Although I have had some customers tip individually $20-$200 on stage, easy money).

    What girls make after fees:

Average night during the week is about $300-400

    Fri/Sat night $500-$800

The declining economy has hit this business hard, girls don't make as much money any more.

I've made less than $100 before!! Bad nights like this usually happen during the week when there are no customers, which means there's nothing to do. When there's no customers you don't go on stage or give lapdances so it's not like you're actually doing anything. When it's slow I sit in the back & do hw (I'm putting myself through college). I actually get more done at work than at home!

Every club has 1 or 2 girls that are 'dirty' (I even knew of a girl that actually was a prostitute!), and they usually make a lot more money. These girls give dancers a bad reputation. I don't understand how they can do it. Most dancers I know don't let guys touch at all.

I work about 3 hours from a major city & I think this makes it easier to make money.

A lot of cities have a bunch of strip clubs & lots of girls go up there to work.

I've never worked in a city but this is what I've heard:

Easier to make money in San Francisco because girls are encourage to increase the prices. The girls also bully any one who does anything dirty or allows touching, which keeps the work clean. (The girls I heard this from hadn't worked up there in a few years, so I don't know if this is true..)

Stay away from LA! A lot of girls think there's a lot of money down there & there are a lot of clubs to work at.

The problems: Greater competition & dirty factor.

Since the economy has gone down, a lot of girls have moved to LA or other cities to try to make more money. I've often heard that LA is flooded with girls. There's so much competition it's hard to make money.

It's a lot dirtier down there. I've heard this & know from my own observations. Girls who have come to my club from LA allow girls to touch them. I've seen a girl during a 2 for 1 topless dance (where she would only make $10 for doing 2 songs, which is the cheapest deal), grab a guy's hands and put them on her b***s! Gross! This is bad because it makes customers want more for less money. I try not to judge but this was just too much. I've known a few other girls who have let guys touch their b***s but only after the guy bought at least 5-10 nudes (girl makes 100-200, guy spends 200-400). Customers that come up from LA often ask for more & spend less than others.

INTERESTING FACT: some of the hardest lapdances to give (meaning the guy keeps trying to touch), are the 2 for 1 topless. I've literally had to hold a man's hands down with a lot of force, they just can't get the message. . .

Most nights at least one guy will spend at least $200, often more. I've had customers spend around $1000 often enough. One customer that got a double dance (2 girls at once, need to pay each girl $40 a song for $80 total) spent $3,300 between us. We each made $850.

Most customers who spend outrageous money don't try to touch or anything!! Often they just want to talk, want some company. It's like really expensive therapy, just the therapist is a hot, young, naked chick. . . lol

The less they spend the worse the customers are. . .

fyi, bikini bars are the worst! There are no lapdances so you can only make money on stage (most girls only make around $200). These places are way dirtier than strip clubs! I have often heard of girls letting guys put their hands down her bikini bottoms or even finger her while on stage!! Stay away!

    Sorry I wrote so much!
