How much stuff to bring for your dorm?

I'm headed off to college tomorrow and just out of curiosity, for those of you who are attending/have been to college: how much stuff did you end up bringing to put in your dorm? because i just finished packing up the SUV and with the back row down and the roof top carrier, the car is packed! im worried im bringing too much stuff.... how much did you bring?

i brought a lot, and it sucks moving back and forth, but makes it feel more home-like. you can get by with just the basics, but it'll feel like your living with the basics instead of the kinds of things you have back at home. so don't worry about it, you'll make room and it'll be fine! good luck!!
