  1. we use 1 and 1/2 cups to a gallon

    good luck

might need more if your tea is strong

  2. Depends on how sweet that you want it.

  3. We add two cups. If you don't want all the sugar calories use Splenda it works just the same.

  4. 1 1/2 to 2 cups. I use 1 3/4 in mine. It just depends on how sweet you like it.

Sun tea is a very time consuming process. I recommend placing your teabags in a pot of water and heating it just to boiling. In the meantime put your sugar in the pitcher. Once the tea is steeped properly, add it to the pitcher and stir to dissolve the sugar. If the sugar doesn't completely dissolve add a little more water. Take 3 ice trays and dump in the pitcher all at once. Keep stirring till the ice melts. Use the other hand to fill up the ice cube trays while your doing this. Yay multitasking!! Top the pitcher off with water and stir to mix thoroughly. Cold, fresh brewed tea in 15 minutes.

  5. 2 or 3 cups. Happy diabetes!

  6. We use 2 cups to make ours.
