  2. 1 tsp Stevia.  I'm used to the taste now so I don't even notice that ist is not sugar..

It's really a personal choice.  More of course if you like it sweet.  Sugar is not a healthy choice though, you might want to consider a sugar substitute such as Equal, Sweet N Low or Splenda.  Another consideration would be gourmet coffees.  Many are sweet enough that you don't need any sugar or sweeteners at all.

  5. As much as you want! Trial and error is the way to go. When you find an amount that works for you, stick with it!
