  1. Not a lot, I like vegetables. =)

Some are different though... raw carrots, eh. They are ok, with a decent amount of ranch dressing. But I can't eat raw celery... those darn stringy parts are nasty...

  2. I say... just juice them.  They are perfect just as mother nature made them.  You cannot beat mother's cooking+

  3. Carrots don't need anything.  Most of the other vegetables I will eat cooked with just a bit of butter.

Stringing celery (for another person who answered).  Break the celery stalk in half after washing, then take a knife and cut part way through one end (from inside to outside).  Break off the end and pull down the outside of the stalk.  You'll get most of the strings if you do it from both ends of the piece.

To make sure you get GOOD celery when buying it, sniff the cut ends of the stalks in the grocery store.  The celery will smell the same way it will taste.  You can avoid buying bitter celery this way.

  4. I used to do that. But now I really like the veggies..  Try sweet & spicy mustard on some of them. Also taco sauce..  it is low cal & tangy. And that spray on that is 0 cal - it tastes like butter..

  5. There's not enough sauce in the world. Only way I can eat veges are processed ie vege burgers. Some veges are edible here and there, depending on what you have with them ie peas, potatoes etc.

There is no way in h**l I'm eating something like broccoli, asparagus, sprouts etc. No way! Not the entire stock of sauce in the world.
