Please give me an exact percentage. I'm thinking of getting a Louis Vuitton bag.

I want to compare prices if I buy it in Paris where it's supposed to be cheaper than in HongKong or Singapore.

You get a rebate of the VAT which is 19.6% included.

To calculate the amount of the rebate, multiply by 16.388%

i agree with Sutter. until you added the additional details, your question made absolutely no sense.

it sounded as if you were expecting a tax refund/rebate of some type and wanted to know if it would be enough to cover the price of the bag.
