But the thing is...when i asked the cop is dat gonna be up to 1000 dollars?? He said it's impossible to be up to 1000 dollars..and he also talked about some box thing..like..if he checked on the box..than it's gonna be 1000 dollars

CA law for littering... depending on the area of LA anywhere from 300 to 700 dollars.... the high fine is posted throughout clearly to discourage littering....

Make sure it is not lit.  Up to $1000 fine for that.  Saw on new show Speeders on TruTv.
