districts start in 13 days and my times average 13.1-13.5 but i know i can run in the 12 second range because ive almost ran in the 11 second range before but that time i was just lucky. I am willing to do lots of hard work to take even a little bit of time off but i also do have track practises so i need to save some energy for that.how much time can i take off my 100 meter with the right schedule?
