  2. If you are a beginner, you should be able to take off a full second at least with a full year of training.  


  3. Depends what you training regime and diet is. I went from a 4.58 to a 4.46 in about 8 months. It involved a high protein diet, High intensity, high rep weight lifting, serious STRETCHING, and running with leg weights-arch shoes-and parashoots weekly. It's serious business bro.

  4. Depends on how hard you work. If you work really hard, you could probably take off 6 tenths of a second.
