How much time do they give you to get ready for gym in high school?

We have 4 mins between classes. After the bell rings, do they give you time to get ready, or are you supposed to be ready by the time you get there? My old school was different. It was very small, and there weren't a bunch of rules and stuff. *Sigh* I'm really not a gym person. Oh well. Get it over with I guess. So, anyway, thanks!! ~Indie G

yea, they'll give you time.

at my school, we have 5 mins to go from class to class. but when your changing for gym, they usually give us 7-10 minutes to change. after the original 5 minutes to go to class are up

it obviously depends on the teacher but they shouldn't be that different.

In my high school they do give you time. I don't know how much cause I usually change fast.

they usually give you about 10 minutes or so to change

but when you get to class... you should already be ready

It's usually five minutes, which is more than enough time to get dressed in your PE uniform.

I wasn't a gym person either, but I grinned and beared it.

I have 10-15 minutes to change. But it doesn't take me that long. I have Dance, instead of PE, but it's the same time allowed.

Heck if I can throw on tights and a leotard in 6 minutes, you can change into a PE uniform in 10-15.

They usually give you 5-10 minutes to dress out. At my school, after we dress out we have to stand against the wall for attendance. Taking weight training now, 3rd P.E. class.
