The driver of a car wishes to pass a truck that is travelling at a constant speed of 20m/s.Initially, the car is travelling at 20m/s and its front bumper is 24m behind the truck's lane when the rear of the car is 26m ahead of the front of the truck. The car is 4.5m long and the truck is 21m long.

  1. The Car will never pass the truck because the car is behind the truck and both truck and car are travelling at the same speed (20m/s). Becuase they travel at the same spped, the car will not get further or nearer to the truck.
