How much time it takes an employer to process UAE Work Permit Visa?

I got a job in UAE, my staffing company is promising me Visa in 10 days. I heard it takes 30 days from others,... Which is right?

nobody really knows, but if the co. promises 10 days? it should be appropriate, you must not be the first one they hire,

they are probably accredited within the hiring companies, in the eyes of the immigration.
