Once you take the medical it would take about one month for it to be added to your case file.  It may not be processed that soon, only received.  It may take 3 to 4 months for it to be reviewed and processed along with the rest of your file.

Immigration medicals for Canada are good for one year so that is plenty of time to process the results.
