As an indian your assessment level differs according to what r u going 2 study in australia so the processing time for the visa... for example if u r going 4 higher education ur assessment level is 3 and the processing time is 3 months (the pre visa assessment if u require one takes 2 months) while if you r going 2 study in a school ur assessment will be 2 which takes much less time 2 obtain the visa.
