  1. I think it's time you made some new friends.

  2. Im sure of at least 10 years.

  3. Hopefully he did this in a state where they have the chair. He should fry. What a scumbag!

  4. okay this depends on his attorney..

as long as it wasnt armed robbery and he didnt have any drugs on him he might get a minimum of 6 months .. now depending on his record...

one suggestion is to tell who ever it is to go into a rehab half way house for a little while or for the defendent to actually go to college or try to better his life before the court date... it will help him not go to jaill..

so basically if its his first serious offense and he didn not hurt anyone and if he pays for what was taken or broken he might not the 4 walls or if he does it will be less then a year...

anything else involved to streengthen his case against him might increase the sentence''

    :);)

  5. it depends on alot of factors, his previous criminal record, how many offenses, the severity etc,was a firearm used etc.either

way,its not going to be easy for him.sorry.

  6. 50-75 years

  7. if he is in here in texas he could get up to 20 yrs and be out in about 5 to 10 on parol if he has good behavior.

  8. 15 to life hopefully
