How much to build an in-ground pool?

Question

Don't need a deck, but just a cement patio around it fenced in. We are getting a house build next year, so during construction we thought we would get a pool installed as well. Live in Baltimore County, MD. What is the typical price per square foot to install a pool like this? No ladders or anything. Just a nice pool 3'-6' depth or so

be sure if you have young children you have a self locking gate to pool area.but price wise i would say 10,000.00 to 35,000.00 thousand.pool company owner

5m x 10m with heater and a great pool cover

i think about 35k if you take out the patio

~~There really isn't any way you can get an honest idea of what a pool can cost unless a contractor looks at and finds out exactly what you want (equipment, tile, etc.). They also have to see the type of ground it's going to be in, all sorts of variables. Get at least three estimates, and  check out the one you like with your state's contractor board. Also, try and get referral from friends so you get someone you know will do the job right. You are making a large investment you definitely want someone who knows what they are doing.~~
