Question:

How much to charge for ankle warmers?

I wear ankle warmers, which I knit myself, all winter long. They're about six inches deep, some people might call them boot toppers. Usually I wear them under my pants, but one day I had them on the outside of my denim pants. A club member asked me where she could buy a pair. So I knit a pair for her and said if she fet like paying me she could make a contribution to the club treasury. She donated $5.00. I may make some more this winter as a fund-raiser for the club. Does $5.00 seem about right?

  1. I think you could raise the price as you knit them yourself as long as you advertise that, i think between $7.00-$10.00 would be a better price, you should calculate the cost on the time it takes you to make them and the cost of the materials to make them.

    Hope i can help :)
