I have to give an estimate for cleaning some commercial kitchen equipment:walk-in freezers, ranges and meat cases. How much to charge? I need answers ASAP. Thanks

  1. think about it for a bit. that is a very big job.  consider what you have to clean and how long you "think" it will take.   then ask yourself what your time is worth and don't sell yourself short.  think about the potential hours it could take, then make up your price. decide if you will charge by the hour or the job.  guarantee your work in writing along with the job estimate and most likely, you will secure the job.
