How much to charge for photography at arts festivals?

I do photography and would like to display it at our local arts festival. (if I make it in time) My brother makes custom frames for me and the sizes vary. I'm just curious as to pricing. I I have no idea what to charge for my work. Any ideas would be great. Thanks. I live in Utah and will also try to make the arts festival in Salt Lake City if at all possible. But of course I am clueless. Thanks again.

Do not charge less than your cost for materials, including the frames.  An unframed 8 x 10, mounted, should go for at least $10.
