How much to maintain a Grumman GA7 Cougar (1978) per year?

Gi-normus!  The answer to that question is; if you have to ask, you can't afford it.  That's the kind of Hobby you take when money is no object because the unexpected is to be expected and in most cases, replacement parts have to be custom made.

i would assume a $150,000 annual tag, and I think thats low

The GA-7 is probably one of the most economical twin-engine planes out there. However there are a few AD's including a prop AD you will have to comply with that may be costly.

You may want to look into a Twin Comanche which is also one of the most economical twins that have better performance than the GA7
