How much to tip masseuse?

I go to a health club and get a massage usually bi-monthly. this is not an injury related massage. when I'm done with the massage, and follow up Q&A with the masseuse, i go to the the front desk where i can pay, or put it on my membership "tab". the front desk person always asks if i would like to put a tip on my "tab", I usually decline and offer $15 cash ( thinking a cash tip is better than having to wait for the club to pay her) . $15 is 25% of the bill, is this and acceptable tip for a masseuse that I appreciate, and respect?

yes actually 15-20 is good, Giving them a tip period should be appreciated 15-20 is respectful so your good man, as long as
