How much to wire a 4 bedroom house?

by a proper sparky.. i know its a bit tricky to be accurate but as a rough guide

a new build in the midlands, 4 beds, lounge, dining room, kitchen & utility, i was thinking £2/2500, am i way off, i no the south would be more

You didnt say if your supplying materials? 1st and 2nd fix or just 1st fix wiring?

I would say, should be able to get it done for around £2500+materials for an average 4 bed 1st fix wiring only

I just spent £2000 rewiring a 2 bed flat. In London admittedly but I assume it would be more for a 4 bed house.

Why would a new build need rewired?
