How much training do i need too do?

im a 14 year old boy. i want to be become a proffessional fast bowler im already pushing junior county level and bowl at good pace .so i need to put in some training as my stamina is pretty poor and get tired when bowling quite easy and my muscle strength isnt great so what sort of exersizes do i need to do and how do i monitor my improvement in fitness and how much running should i put in.

The most important point in this is that you need to have a balance in all movements and exercise to build the endurance, strength, stamina and speed but also to decrease the chance of fatigue and injury. Planning a regimen and dietary intake is vitally important as well. Have you access to a gym? That would be brilliant. Swimming is great for flexibility, medium paced jogging for the endurance and a couple of sprint sessions to get the power in the legs. Remember with all exercises to warm up amd warm down to reduce the possibility of injury. Be aware too that at 14 you are still growing so do not push yourself too hard, learn to listen to your body and work in tandem with it. As you venture through the grades a conditioning coach and other specialists will help you to guide you in your quest of attaining your long term goal.
