How much tread would snow tires need to pass inspection?

I have snow tires on the back of my S-10, they're at 6/32 right now. That should pass inspection, right? I know for regular all-seasons it's usually 2 to 4, but I didn't know if the standards were different or whatever. Thanks...

Typically 4/32 a good depth to replace. 2/32 is considered minimum.
