Well it depends on the casino. Everyone has its own rules if they find an underage gambler. Most will just kick you out and maybe do an exclusion so there is paperwork and if you are still excluded and get caught again then the police will be called.

But if you are under age and win a jackpot you cant get the money so that sucks.

They could have you arrested, because you are breaking the law by playing.  Odds are they will just kick you out.

The problem is, the whole idea is pointless.  If you win any more than a few hundred dollars ($1,200 max), they will take you to the office to fill out the tax forms.  As soon as they start that process they will find out that you are under 18 and confiscate your winnings.

So if you lose you lose.  If you win, you still lose.  Not a lot of point really.

I don't know the legal repurcussions but they will confiscate every chip you have in front of you.  So, you risk losing everything you bring just by walking in the door.

To tell you the truth I started gambling at the casinos when I was 16. If you don't get caught theres nothing to worry about, but if you do then you will just get dismissed from the premisses. If your planning on going and if you do get caught just tell them that you don't have your ID and they will simply ask you to leave.

The casino would get in more trouble than you, they could lose their gaming license. You'd probably just get shown the door. If you were to win a large jackpot and needed to fill out the paperwork, they could refuse payment due to you being underage. (It's happened when parents allow there kids to put coins into the slot machine)

You should wait until you're 18 (or even older) and only go with the money you're willing to lose.
