He called the Mayor of our town and said that he was going to "Set his house on fire" Apparently the police showed up and let my uncle listen to the recording. That's all I heard...they won;t say anything else. I think they're too embarrassed about it.

  1. yea hes in pretty big trouble

  2. i don't know i think as long as your cousin is like a normal kid that never gets in trouble he will be fine

    =D

oh and how did he get the number?

  3. ya he's gonna be in big big trouble

  4. Because he is a minor, he might get probation, but threaten any State Official is 15 years in jail.

  5. if  the major is good ,i think they are going to drop it the kid is only 11 +is not life threat like =im gonna kill u .its a property verbal threat .the 11 year old im guessing has no criminal record ,if he doesnt  thats better .but the police is going to keep the recording in case something happends to the majors house also theyre going to keep an eye on him .u shoulnt worry police makes everything look like a tragedy .he will  be aright

  6. teriorist threat,probation for 3 years

  7. lol that little ragamuffin.

Well did they say he was being recorded during his threat, I think you could get THEM in trouble.

  8. pretty big trouble

  9. He will most likely be charged with a terrorist threat against a public official. Unless he starts crying like a little baby he may end up in Juvie for a few months to think about what he did...since he is 11 he is lucky they wont be able to charge him as an adult.

  10. He's lucky. Age of confessing to crimes, forgot proper term for it, whatever, is 12 in Georgia. He won't get into much trouble I don't think. Basically, what I mean, is the state doesn't think he has the mental capacity of anyone over 12 years old. I wish I could make it more clear, I just learned this today...

  11. Your cousin isn't too smart of a kid. Around here, that would have been considered a criminal threat, a felony. But on a brighter note, I've got Blink's self titled in my car CD player currently, good album.

  12. not too bright is he...well his is only 11 i guess.

they probably just want to scare him. i dont think he's in too much trouble.

  13. it kinda depends on what state you live in and if it's legal for him to go to juvie or not?

  14. I've heard that kids that set fires are viewed as potential major future problems.  Not sure about kids that threaten to set fires, but I doubt this is going to turn out well in the long run regardless of what happens in the short run.

  15. Nah he will be fine he is only 11. He will get a slap on the wrist and be made to apologize.

  16. he is screwed if they charge him with a terroristic threat  if he wanted to join the military now he cant

  17. Well he may be in a lot of trouble. But if the mayor of your town is a nice gut h**l let him go

  18. prolly juvie

    or maybe community service

    orrrr house arrest

  19. He's gonna be goin to juvie!

  20. well I think if he's only 11 he might not get in too much trouble. They might just try to scare him a little.
