How much trouble to the fans that run across sports fields get into

Not streakers, just the drunk guys that run around dodging all of the guards. I know you get arrested, but that is just how they get you under custody. What is the actual charge and punishment. Just curious... no plans any time soon...

They get locked up for a little bit and have to pay a fine for "disturbing a public gathering" or something like that.  Nothing major...
