I got a zit in the middle of my forehead so please answer it's an emergency and I can't leave the house until it is COMPLETELY GONE! Does it only take one capsule to get rid of it, and will it do it overnight?

PLUS, what else can I take to get rid of a zit???

  1. Go with the toothpaste or a cream with salycilic acid.

  2. You'd be better off using benzoyl peroxide or even toothpaste in a pinch.

  3. You're thinking of vitamin A, not vitamin E. I'd add that taking large doses of vitamin A leads to liver failure; hence, dermatologists nowadays prescribe vitamin A derivatives like Retin-A and Accutane, rather than straight vitamin A, as they used to do.

There's no quick way to get rid of acne, once it's erupted. On the other hand, the only "cure" for recurring acne is to always wash your face with something like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, even when you think you didn't get sweaty that day. Or, get a prescription for Accutane. It's a bit of a scary drug, but it quite literally cures acne.
