How much walking on the teadmill will help me lose weight?

alright i want to lose weight and i need to know how far should i walk and how many times a week should i do this? I just want to walk not run the fastest would be fast walking. also i want to lose it fast.

  1. Unless you can walk on the treadmill for life, you can't lose and maintain your healthy weight for the long term. You need a good diet plan with some strategy and goal setting to lose weight effectively.
