Take your weight and divide it in half. That is how may ounces of water you need each day to keep your kidneys flushing the toxins out of your body each day, as well as to keep your sodium levels down. It doesn't matter how much I drink. I believe iced tea counts since it's mostly water. In that case about a half gallon.

I drink 2 to 3 litres of water a day depending on the weather and how much exercise I'm doing. I found an interesting website about water and didn't realise before that the amount you should drink depends on your weight...

i drink about 7 -8 glasses of water, i add a little bit of lemon juice to make it tastier. But there is such thing as drinking too much water, you just have to find the right balance :)
