okay so i want to drop a pants size in about 2 week

how long will it be

how much water di i need to drink

i do exercise and i want to now how many pounds do i need to lose

and how much water weight should i lose and what is save and i want to lose about 10 pounds in a month is that possible

should i do 3 meals a day or 5 small meals a day

and what foods should i eat to lose weight i am a veggi

no meat i dont eat fish

  1. Small meals are best. Weight loss is a slow business and should be taken seriously. Exercise is a very big part of losing weight. Start to walk, ride your bike, jump rope, etc. to loss inches. Good luck
