  1. Here is a website where you can calculate how much you personally should drink:

    Hope this helps!

  2. 64oz

  3. at least eight 8oz glasses

so about 64 ounces or more

  4. Dr. Oz from Oprah says enough so you can read through your urine. In other words, it should be just about clear.

  5. The standard saying of 8 glasses is outdated and inaccurate.

We need 1 ounce (or 29.6ml) for every 2 pounds (or 0.9kg) of body weight plus 8 more ounces for every 20 minutes of exercise. With hot/dry days and climates even more is needed.

Caffeine and alcohol dehydrate us so those drinks do not count towards water intake. Extra water needs to be consumed to offset the dehydrating effects too.

  6. I heard that they recommend 8 glasses of water a day

  7. It depends on the doctor and the amount of activity a person does. If you work out really hardcore, you're going to need more water to keep hydrated.

But I've always been told between 6-8 8 fluid oz. glasses a day.

  8. Doctors reccommend you drink eight 8 ounce drinks.

This may help you have a healthier diet.

It will clean your insides a little.
