well, today i ran 2.8 miles straight, and walked .4 of a mile.
During that run, i drank one entire water bottle regular and normal sized. I drank once i reached mile 1, mile 2, and then mile 3.
My stomach is extremely bloated now, and I really don't have to go to the bathroom.
so i was wondering if that was too much water for that run? or how much should i be drinking?
im 17, 5'5'', and 125 lbs
