How much water should I drink ?

water is good for you for a umer of reasons. its good for weight loss and good skin. Iwas wondering what else is it good for and how much should I drink a day to get glowing skin and to speed up my metabolism or whatever it does :) thanks !

  1. Eight glasses is recommended.  


  2. The general rule is eight 8-oz. glasses. That's an awful lot of water! If you carry water bottles with you everywhere you go you'll drink a lot of water before you realize it. Athletes should drink more water. I think couch potatoes need less.

  4. eight glasses of water is suggested, avoid carbonated beverages, coffee, powdered juices..

    try this tip:

    1. as you wake up in the morning, before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160 mL of water

    2. brush and clean mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes

    3. after 45 minutes, you may eat and drink as normal..

    4. after 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch, and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours..

    -if i can remember, this method was originated from japan.

  5. the recommended daily amount is 64 oz. just drink whenever you get thirsty and after you pee.  

  6. Eight glasses but depending on what activities you have on each day.

    Basically just keep hydrated.
