  1. Best of Luck during Ramadan. Fasting can be difficult, especially when it comes to water. Water is hydrothermic. Which means when you drink water, your body temp increases. And with that, you burn more calories. So if your fasting and drinking lots of water, youll burn what you don't have faster. But dont be too dehydrated. Ide say 3 glasses of water a day if your wanting to keep it low during your fast.

    good luck and be safe

  2. Hey,

you should definitely drink those 6-8 glasses of water a day! I know it's hard, but try to go at it on your own pace. Don't try to drink them all consecutively because you will feel sick. Your body was starving itself basically so don't agitate it by doing that. I drink about 4 cups of liquids at night and 4 cups of liquids in the morning, give or take. I eat a lot of fruit too, so there's some liquids there! Good luck and enjoy your fasting.
