  1. In summer normally there is a lot of sweating and perspiration .So more amount of water may loss from the body .so to avoid it we need to take 10 to 15 glasses of water in a day.more over 2 to 3 glasses of curd water is essential to prevent from sunstroke


  2. Assuming water is plentiful and accessible, normal recommendation is an 8-ounce glass 6-8 times a day.  In a hot, dry environment, 10 - 12 glasses a day, due to the loss of hydration thought perspiration.
