How much water should i drink?

well im on atkins diet.

im 15.and i need to know how many 16.9 fl oz of water i should drink a day?

please dont tell me its unhealty or anything,just answer( :

  1. force yourself to drink 2 litres.


  2. Its how ever much you need

    everybodys different

    between 6 - 8 glasses

    Just try them  and see what makes you feel better :)

    too much will bloat you

    too little will not be goo

    and remeber if your exercising , you need more that 8 :)

    so say you drank 2 bottles in a gym session , they dont count towards your 6-8 glasses a day

    So its what your body and you feel you need x

  3. Drink as much as you want, when you're thirsty. Water will help with yoru reduced calorie diet, but it is a myth that you need 8 glasses of water a day to be healthy. You get water from many foods--the 8 glasses story is an old one, and has been debunked for a while.

    Just drink what water you want and when you want it.
