you do not drink epsom salts, use use them to soak body parts in, such as your feet.

To use as a laxative one teaspoon for a cup or more of water or juice.  It will dissolve better in warm water.  The taste is not pleasant you will want to drink it fast.  Warm water will not chill your teeth or give you brain freeze like cold water.
